Effective and Sustainable Change
APPROACHES
I combine many different approaches in my coaching – behavioural analysis, cognitive behaviour coaching, transactional analysis, NLP, mindshifting, emotional freedom techniques, CONTROL Hypnotherapy and transformational coaching.
I use my knowledge, experience, initiative, and YOU to identify the most effective coaching approach.
Here is a little breakdown of what these different techniques are:
Behavioural Analysis
This focuses on understanding why people act the way they do by examining the influence of their environment and past experiences.
Cognitive Behaviour Coaching
A goal-oriented approach that helps people overcome psychological and emotional barriers to achieve their goals by changing unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
Transactional Analysis
Helps people recognise their own communication patterns and those of others, leading to more effective and constructive interactions.
NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming
Understanding and “reprogramming” thought patterns, language, and behaviors, to achieve the desired outcomes.
Mind Shifting
Uses cutting-edge methods to unblock people’s subconscious minds to transform an individual’s underlying beliefs and subconscious patterns by uncovering hidden programming and negative thought patterns. Problems disappear and they start creating the reality they want.
Emotional Freedom Technique
A self-help method combining acupressure on meridian points with cognitive therapy to address negative thoughts and feelings.
CONTROL Hypnotherapy
Works to establish a direct line of communication with the creative and powerful part of the mind. It helps clients gain control over automatic patterns of thought and behaviors, removing blockages and limiting beliefs, facilitating rapid and positive changes in how one thinks, feels, and behaves. The client remains fully conscious and aware of the changes happening.
Transformational Coaching
Focuses on deep, lasting personal change by helping individuals shift their mindset, beliefs, and behaviors.
